You are a seasoned Senior Product/Project Manager with expertise in On-Cloud SaaS platforms, specifically within regulatory reporting environments. With 10 years of experience in product ownership, you have successfully managed complex, enterprise-grade SOC applications and cloud infrastructure. Your role involves closely collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to shape the product vision, drive the roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing Enterprise applications. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial regulatory reporting technologies and at least 4 years of hands-on programming experience with the .NET Framework, .NET Core, Microservices architecture, RESTful services, and C#. Additionally, you should have over 3 years of experience in a product leadership role, managing SaaS-based products across UK, Europe, and the USA markets. About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Product Director with deep experience in Medicare and Medicaid healthcare systems. You will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution across critical platforms involving FHIR, HL7, Claims Processing, and Adjudication Engines . This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong technology understanding (Java, .NET, AWS, Oracle) , people management , and the ability to collaborate across engineering, business, and client stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic product roadmaps that fuel business growth and improve healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product management for healthcare platforms, with a focus on Medicare, Medicaid, Claims Processing, FHIR, HL7 , and Adjudication . Own and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps in alignment with company goals. Partner with Engineering leadership to architect scalable solutions utilizing Java, .NET, AWS, Oracle technologies. Guide the development of compliant solutions based on CMS regulations and industry interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, etc.). Build and manage a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. Prioritize features and backlogs based on customer value, ROI, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Services) to ensure smooth product delivery and go-to-market execution. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership/director role. Proven expertise in Medicare, Medicaid , and government healthcare programs. Deep knowledge of FHIR, HL7 , claims processing, adjudication workflows, and healthcare interoperability standards. Strong technical acumen with understanding of Java, .NET, AWS, Oracle systems. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary product teams. Track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex healthcare technology products. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CMS Blue Button, TEFCA, or other government healthcare initiatives. Certifications in Product Management (e.g., SAFe POPM, Pragmatic Institute) or healthcare standards (e.g., HL7 certification).
