Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in US staffing and excellent communication and marketing skills. Key Responsibilities: Market our bench consultants (H1B, H1 Transfer, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens). Strong knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, Corp2Corp, and 1099. Identify new clients (Tier-1 Vendors/Direct Clients) and maintain a good vendor/client network. Perform cold calling, rate negotiations, and follow-ups with vendors and clients. Source requirements via job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and email. Submit candidates to suitable job openings and track interview feedback. Prior experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates' basic skill sets is a must. Must be well-versed in marketing consultants and building strong relationships with vendors and clients.
