The Operator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of machinery and equipment, conducting regular maintenance checks, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth production flow. The Operator will collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Mechanical skills for operating and maintaining machinery Problem-solving skills for identifying issues and implementing solutions Attention to detail for ensuring accurate production and safety compliance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to follow standard operating procedures and protocols Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Certification or training in relevant technical fields is beneficial
