The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in various engineering disciplines and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This role involves leading a team of engineers and draftsmen, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage the engineering department, leveraging a strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines such as Structural, Piping, and Mechanical. Provide technical guidance and expertise on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and construction projects. Review and approve design calculations and engineering documents, including structural connection designs, piping designs, and static equipment engineering. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and draftsmen, optimizing their output and efficiency. Manage multiple projects concurrently , ensuring they are completed efficiently and on schedule. Platform In-place, dynamic analysis and performing analysis in SACS. Review of Boat Impact Analysis, Barge Stability Analysis, Jacket Upending Analysis, Deck Lifting Analysis, Bridge Lifting Analysis, Transportation Fatigue Analysis for Jackets & Platforms Review the Structural Design Drawings, Structural Design Documents and Analysis Reports. Review the 3D Model (Structural Scope) & clarify the Yard Queries & Yard comments on the Design Drawings.
