Job Title: Business Development Manager Work Mode: On-site (Field visits & client meetings) Working Days: 1 rotational week-off ____________________________________________________________________________________________ About Us We are a growing organization specialized in Representation of European lifestyle brands in the interior segment catering to high-net-worth clients, resorts, cafes, and premium residential/commercial spaces . _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Industry Preference Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred: Premium/Luxury lighting and furniture segment Other Lifestyle brands catering to Construction industry like bath fittings & other interior elements _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and develop new business opportunities through fieldwork, site visits, networking, and referrals. Client Meetings & Site Visits – Regularly meet with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and project managers at sites to build relationships and promote services/products. Sales Presentations & Proposals – Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to client requirements. Negotiation & Deal Closure – Negotiate terms, pricing, and project timelines for successful business conversions. Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities. Collaboration with Internal Teams – Work closely with operations and project execution teams to ensure client requirements are met smoothly. Sales Reporting – Provide regular updates on site visits, leads, and business progress to management. Brand Representation – Represent the company professionally during site visits, exhibitions, and industry events. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Education & Experience: Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales OR B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / OR Masters in Business administration. 3-7 years in Business Development / Sales within the preferred industries. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Skills Required Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking ability with industry stakeholders (architects, designers, contractors, etc.). Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork & client interactions .
