About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART and other marketplaces. 2. Handle B2B leads from IndiaMART - respond promptly, negotiate, and close deals. 3. Execute strategies to increase visibility, ranking, and sales on e-commerce platforms. 4. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for order processing & timely dispatches. 5. Track daily sales, returns, payments, and generate performance reports. 6. Manage product pricing, promotions, campaigns, and discounts to stay competitive. 7. Maintain healthy relationships with e-commerce account managers. 8. Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maximize revenue & profitability. 9. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. 10. Support digital marketing efforts to boost online presence and conversions.
