Job Title: SAP Lead Consultant- Payroll Location: Bangalore or Dubai Experience: 10+ years (in SAP implementation, development, and support Projects) Skills: SAP Payroll (focus on customization and support projects, not limited to just implementation) PMO experience (including stakeholder management, dashboard preparation and presentation, requirement gathering, etc) Agile and Scrum methodologies (hands-on knowledge) Job Summary: Seeking an experienced SAP Lead Consultant for our Bangalore or Dubai office . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation, development, and support, with expertise in multiple SAP modules. Job Description We are looking for a seasoned SAP Consultant Lead with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore or Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading SAP projects and providing technical expertise across various SAP modules. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP projects, upgrade, and support projects Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions supported by automation and AI Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, including EC and SAC Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget Conduct workshops and training for new modules Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and SAP AI technologies Work very closely with all internal business team to identify opportunities of end-to-end process automation and eliminate manual work Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation, development, and support Projects Strong expertise in S4 HANA Payroll, Willing to learn hands on job SF, EC, SAC Process and functionality. Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment BRD Preparation & Gap analysis Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications in relevant modules Experience with SAP S/4HANA Payroll Knowledge of Agile methodologies Experience in multiple industries and global projects In case you find this position suitable then kindly send your updated CV to tina.sapra@hr-central.in with the below details: 1.
