Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Lucknow/ UP areas. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for Solar Inverters. Daily tasks include performing maintenance and repair services, conducting field service visits, and ensuring the optimal operation of our products. The role requires close interaction with customers to address and resolve their technical issues efficiently. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair Strong Communication skills Ability to work independently and in challenging environments Relevant certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a plus Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools Experience in the solar or electrical industry is advantageous
