As a Technology Lead, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes of projects across multiple verticals. These are typically managed services or output driven programs focusing on bringing fundamental change in the way our clients operate by leveraging Digital tools and technologies we implement for them. End-to-end Ownerships of Projects/programs For Clients and Provide Valuable Expertise to Drive Them Seamlessly. Driving a common vision with the client as their partner by coming up with a roadmap and well-defined Release plan. Have a keen eye on building platforms that have Reusability, Scalability, Security, Performance and Quality built-in. Ability to steer business teams (Product Owners, Product Managers & Business Architects) to arrive at a common vision and its prioritization. Planning & Scope prioritization of the project/program including Change Management with a well-defined change management process. Work closely with Product Owner and Scrum master on planning Product Increments, Sprints, Tech Debt prioritization etc. Risks identification & Mitigation throughout the duration of the program. Well defined status reporting to all stakeholders at defined frequencies demonstrating delivery governance. Ensuring independent review of deliverables to ensure a quality outcome aligning both with technical and business value. Core Skills Hands on experience executing engineering projects. Hands on experience in Agile execution. Define Project / Program governance and KPI’s to measure continues success of delivery. Good technical experience in Full stack technologies, Quality Engineering, Experience Design. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally, client and 3 rd party (partners, vendors etc.) Planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control. Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams (enforcement of best practices, coding standards etc.) Become the Single point of contact for delivery. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Build/Recruit, Train/Up skill, and Supervise teams. Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
