Job Description: Job Title: Legal Executive - Marathi Speaking Location: Mumbai - Chakala Salary Range: 7 - 8 LPA Experience: 5-10 Years Industry Mandatory: Corporate / Legal Affairs Marathi Draft and Legal Agreements Handling Land Matters Maharashtra - 7/12 Saat Bara Key Responsibilities: Handle land-related legal matters across Maharashtra, with a strong focus on local laws and procedures. Review, interpret, and maintain land documents including 7/12 extract (Saat Bara), property cards, and other revenue records. Draft legal agreements, notices, and other documents in Marathi and English. Coordinate with government departments for land records, title clearance, mutation, and other formalities. Conduct due diligence and title verification of Land/Property. Liaise with local advocates, landowners, and authorities for land acquisition and related issues. Provide legal support during land purchases, leases, and development agreements. Candidate Requirements: Qualification: LLB from a recognized university. Experience: 5 to 8 years in handling land-related legal work in Maharashtra. Language: Fluency in Marathi (Spoken and Written) is Mandatory. Proficiency in drafting legal documents in Marathi.
