Position Summary We are seeking a System Test Engineer with deep expertise in testing SaaS-based cybersecurity platforms . This individual will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end system tests, validating integrations with external systems, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security of the platform. The ideal candidate brings a mix of automation, cloud, and cybersecurity testing experience, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute system-level test plans , test cases , and automated test scripts for a SaaS cybersecurity platform. Validate functionality, scalability , and performance of cloud-based security applications and their integration with ITSM systems . Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to increase coverage and streamline validation processes. Perform security , performance , and regression testing to identify bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and system issues. Test and validate functionality of endpoint agents and their communication with the central SaaS platform. Collaborate with product management , development , and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software. Implement and execute API , integration , and user acceptance testing . Contribute to test strategy planning and continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field. 35 years of experience in system testing of SaaS applications , preferably in cybersecurity . Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, VPN, IPSec, TLS). Knowledge of security technologies including firewalls , IDS/IPS , zero-trust architectures , and cloud security principles. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium , Robot Framework , PyTest , etc. Proficiency in Python , Bash , or similar scripting languages. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes , and distributed systems testing. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies . Strong troubleshooting , debugging , and root cause analysis skills in cloud-native environments. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and compliance standards . Experience with security testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite , Nessus , Wireshark , Metasploit ). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible . Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty , CCNA Security , CISSP , CEH ).

The required skills for this role include proficiency in manual testing, bug reporting using tools like JIRA, familiarity with QA tools such as TestRail and Selenium, understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, expertise in functional and SaaS testing, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements. Nice-to-have skills include experience in automation testing, API testing, performance testing, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. This is a full-time permanent position with a day shift schedule in Gurgaon, Haryana. Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution Do 1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise For a new business implementation project, drive the end to end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines Provide techno-functional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from the scratch Support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system Customize, extend, modify, localize or integrate to the existing product by virtue of coding, testing & production Implement the business processes, requirements and the underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions Write code as per the developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology Provide product support and maintenance to the clients for a specific ERP solution and resolve the day to day queries/ technical problems which may arise Create and deploy automation tools/ solutions to ensure process optimization and increase in efficiency Sink between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/ advise to the client or internal teams accordingly Support on-site manager with the necessary details wrt any change and off-site support 2. Role & responsibilities Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or above) in Engineering/computer science with 6 to 8 years of work experience in testing Cloud, SaaS applications Proven experience in feature testing, regression testing of cloud-based applications Proficiency in test case design, test execution and test reporting Proven experience in feature testing, regression testing, and validation of backend services. Must have hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Kafka, etc.) Must have strong understanding of data pipeline validation and data integrity checks. Must have experience with Kubernetes and EKS for testing containerized applications. Must have proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI. Must have ability to analyse logs using tools like Kibana, or AWS CloudWatch. Must have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build management tools like Git, Jenkins, or GitLab. Must have knowledge on microservices architecture and backend service interactions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment. Must have experience in build processes and managing QA environments as well as working with build management tools like Git, Jenkins
