To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3-7 years of experience in business process automation or related roles. Strong technical skills in APIs, SaaS integration techniques, automation tools, scripting languages, database management, and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership capabilities, and analytical thinking are also essential for this role. Preferred skills include previous experience in finance transformation, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems integration, and knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with tools like ZOHO, Power Automate, and Power BI will be advantageous in this role.,
