As a global design agency specializing in crafting digital products and websites for fintech and SaaS startups, we at Alien are dedicated to turning bold ideas into beautiful and functional user experiences. We are seeking a talented individual to lead the end-to-end product design process, from user research to wireframes to high-fidelity UI. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and developers to define effective UX strategies and build design systems and scalable UI components. Your responsibilities will also include designing clean and responsive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, pushing boundaries in motion, micro-interactions, and layout thinking, as well as giving and receiving constructive design critiques within the team. To excel in this position, you should have at least 4-6 years of experience in product/UX/UI design and a strong portfolio that demonstrates deep thinking, pixel-perfection, and successful product launches. Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, Components, and Prototyping, is essential, along with a solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and modern UI patterns. The ability to work effectively across timelines, sprints, and client feedback loops is crucial, and experience in 3D, motion tools (such as AE, Lottie, Rive), or Finance/SaaS domains is a plus.
