Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive Department: Tele Sales / Customer Service Location: Ambattur Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and convert into leads. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information or solutions. Generate leads and maintain an updated database of customer contacts. Follow up on existing leads and close potential sales opportunities. Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and courteous service. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and end-end follow-up. Achieve individual and team-based sales or lead generation targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role (preferred). Excellent communication skills in [English+Hindi, English+Tamil, English+Kannada, English+Telugu]. Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or call software). Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target oriented. Salary & Benefits: Salary: 14,000 18,000 per month (depending on experience and performance). Incentives based on lead conversion. Training and performance-based growth opportunities.
