The Store Assistant will be responsible for daily store operations, assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining store organization, and providing training to junior staff. The Store Assistant will also handle retail sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain effective communication within the team. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Excellent Customer Service and Retail Sales skills Exceptional Organization skills Ability to provide Training to staff High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
