SA - COMOS

Job Description: You should have at least 5 years of experience in support, with a strong focus on COMOS technology including Server / Instance Architecture Knowledge. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues related to integrating applications with COMOS, providing support for Plant / MFG systems, and implementing solutions in COMOS technology. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of system IT architecture, particularly interfaces with systems such as SAP, Mainframe, and Oracle. You must have a good grasp of database management, especially in terms of SQL building and execution. Experience in handling managed service support projects is required. You should be capable of clearly understanding customer expectations and delivering appropriate solutions. Proficiency in ITIL processes, preferably holding an ITIL certification, is preferred. Your skills in Incident, Change, and Problem management are crucial. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary for this role.
