As a Technical Analyst specializing in Informatica, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of ETL developers to design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud Data Integration. Your expertise in data integration, combined with strong leadership skills, will be essential in delivering robust data solutions to meet business needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your primary skill set in Informatica, data mapping, data modeling, scripting languages, SQL, TOAD, and Oracle to develop S2T Mapping and document business, functional, and mapping specifications. - Participating in Requirements/BRD/Brainstorming sessions to comprehend business requirements/changes and designing technical documents like STM, EMD, and TRD for developing business requirements/changes. - Conducting technical documents hand-off sessions with Developers and QA teams, reviewing test plans, test scenarios, and test results to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Monitoring production deployment and performing smoke tests in production for recent deployments. Additionally, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud Data Integration. Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of ETL solutions is vital to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define ETL solutions and data integration strategies, implementing best practices for ETL design and development, and ensuring seamless integration with data platforms. Your role will also involve establishing and enforcing data quality standards and validation processes, implementing data governance and compliance policies, and proactively resolving data issues. Managing, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to a team of ETL developers, delegating tasks effectively, conducting regular code reviews, and performance evaluations will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will develop scripts and frameworks to automate repetitive ETL tasks, implement performance tuning for ETL pipelines and database queries, and explore opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Working closely with business analysts, data scientists, and application developers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions will be essential. You will act as the primary point of contact for Informatica-related projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication of project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Experience in ETL development and data integration - Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Integration, and large-scale ETL implementations - Experience in integrating data from various sources such as databases, flat files, and APIs Preferred Skills: - Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and ETL frameworks - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance optimization techniques - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Familiarity with big data tools such as Hive, Spark, or Snowflake is a plus - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational database systems,
