Telecallers have the following duties and responsibilities: Understanding the product/service details to effectively communicate with potential clients Reaching out to potential clients to explain the benefits and features of a company’s products or services Responding to inquiries from potential clients and addressing any concerns or issues Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Recording all call information according to standard operating procedures Following up on initial contacts and building a pipeline of prospective leads Meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs, concerns, interests, and potential for new products and services Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality service

Sales Conversion: Following up on leads, addressing client inquiries, and converting them into sales opportunities. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on market trends, property features, and pricing to offer informed advice to clients. Target Achievement: Meeting daily or monthly sales targets and reporting progress to the sales manager. CRM Management: Maintaining and updating client information in CRM systems, ensuring efficient follow-up and communication. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in tele-sales or real estate is a plus.
