International Business Development Manager

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager – International Marketing to lead market expansion, drive global B2B sales, and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Executives (BDEs). Key Responsibilities 🔹 Develop and expand business in international markets (Africa, LATAM, SEA, CIS) 🔹 Respond to RFQs, price negotiations, tender submissions 🔹 Lead a team of BDEs and monitor KPIs & sales targets 🔹 Build strong distributor networks and manage key clients 🔹 Coordinate with regulatory, logistics, and finance teams 🔹 Attend global exhibitions and represent the company What We’re Looking For ✅ 5+ years of international sales experience in pharma or healthcare ✅ Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Commerce (MBA preferred) ✅ Proven leadership in managing export/B2B teams ✅ Sound knowledge of export operations, INCOTERMS, and trade finance ✅ Strong English communication and negotiation skills Tools & Skills CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Excel) Market analysis & pipeline management Team leadership & client engagement Export documentation & compliance What We Offer ✨ Pathway to senior leadership based on performance 🌍 Exposure to diverse global markets 💸 Performance-based incentives and bonuses 🤝 A collaborative, international work environment
