Essential Responsibilities: Device model extraction for DC and RF frequencies (BSIM/PSP and their SOI versions as required) Definition of test structures and layout as and when necessary. Knowledge of semiconductor physics and application in understanding device data (Diode, Varactor, MOSFET etc.) Knowledge of S-parameters and their application in extracting device models.
