Lead collaboration with developers to launch customer-focused features, optimise the D2C website, and drive higher conversion rates. Oversee the complete D2C order lifecycle, from checkout to last-mile delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Plan, track, and optimise third-party vendor spend, ensuring ROI in coordination with the finance team. Create, test, and launch promotional campaigns, offers, and product visibility to maximise engagement and sales on the website Prioritise and execute the D2C website development roadmap in close partnership with the tech team to meet business needs.
