Position: GeM Expert Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 1 year handling GeM orders Role Overview We are seeking a skilled GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Expert with experience managing orders and tenders for Office Chairs, Office Furniture, re, Mobile M Compactors, and Physical Security Products such as Safes, Strong Room Doors, and Lockers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GeM portal operations, order execution, and compliance with government procurement norms. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete cycle of GeM orders - from product listing, bid participation, and order confirmation to dispatch and payment follow-up. Prepare, update, and maintain product listings with accurate specifications, pricing, and compliance documents. Monitor relevant tenders and bid ling opportunities for targeted products. Coordinate with the sales, operat ons, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle GeM-related queries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain proper documentation for all GeM transactions. Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and buyer requirements. Liaise with government clients and procurement officers as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of proven experience in handling GeM orders in relevant product categories. Strong understanding of GeM portal functionalities, bidding process, and compliance norms. Good knowledge of Office Chairs, Office Furniture, Mobile Compactors, and Security Products Proficient in MS office and comfortable with online portals strong communication and coordination skills ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
