Role & responsibilities : 1. Safety Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure implementation of all safety protocols and statutory regulations as per Factory Act. Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments regularly. 2. Training & Awareness: Organize safety induction for all site workers and staff. Conduct toolbox talks and promote safety awareness campaigns. 3. Incident Management: Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and suggest corrective/preventive actions. Maintain records of incidents and conduct root cause analysis (RCA). 4. Permit & Documentation: Ensure proper issue and compliance of Work Permits. Maintain daily safety checklists, inspection records, and HSE documentation. 5. Emergency Preparedness: Monitor and maintain fire-fighting equipment. Conduct emergency drills and coordinate with emergency response teams. 6. Coordination: Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and internal departments for HSE matters. Participate in site safety meetings and report to HSE Manager/Project Manager. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate with relevant experience in Safety Compliance, Incident Management and Documentation.
