Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical). Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data. Coordinate training and development programs. Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement and welfare activities. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations. Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required. Assist in performance management activities
