Area Sales Manager - S. G. Phyto Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Area Sales Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Trichy or Madurai region. In this role, you will manage a team of Medical Representatives, drive sales performance, and strengthen our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Representatives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists, doctors, and retailers. Conduct regular market research and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities. Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team. Monitor team performance and submit regular sales reports to management. Requirements Bachelor s degree in any Faculty , preferably Science, Pharmacy, or Business Management. Minimum 2-3 Years experience in pharmaceutical sales management, preferably in Ayurvedic and/or allopathic segments. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
