Must be proficient in wiring of starters, field devices, safety interlocks & panels. Experience in the field of Automation (PLC programming/SCADA). Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem solving. Proficient in written and verbal communication. You can find such candidates working as presales engineer/ application engineer / proposal engineer / solution designing/ solution engineering/ estimation etc. However, you can check with the sales candidates as well if they are interested to move to presales and have knowledge about the selection of water-cooled chillers. You can share the mix profiles as well . Ensure the candidate should have at least 2 yrs of experience in selection of water-cooled chillers like screw/ scroll/ centrifugal. Bachelors degree in mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HVAC system applications, preferably with chiller systems. Strong understanding of chilled water system design, equipment selection, load calculations, and HVAC system integration. Proficiency with HVAC design and selection software (e.g., YORKWorks, Carrier HAP, Trane TRACE, etc.). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
