Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our execution team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the site, focusing on finishing works and external development works, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor site execution activities, especially finishing works (plastering, flooring,brickwork, painting,etc.) and development works (roads, drainage, landscaping, boundary walls, etc.). Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other engineers for smooth workflow. Ensure that all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress and report on project timelines, materials, and manpower. Maintain daily site logs, documentation, and reports. Enforce safety and quality control measures on site. Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical guidance to the team. Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site experience in building construction, especially in finishing and development works. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and execution methods. Ability to manage teams and work under deadlines. Familiarity with CPWD norms will be an added advantage.
