Company Description RZ Industries is seeking a proactive and organized Production & Vendor Follow-Up Coordinator to manage and track the movement of parts across multiple vendors — from casting to machining, coating, and final delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring production timelines are met and clients receive defect-free parts on time. Job type : On-site Role Description Coordinate with vendors daily to track the status of casting, machining, and coating. Maintain a live tracking sheet of all job orders and their current stage. Physically visit local vendors (if required) to ensure progress and resolve bottlenecks. Report delays, quality issues, or urgent tasks to the operations team. Manage proper handover and movement of parts from one vendor to another. Ensure all parts meet delivery timelines and assist in keeping production on schedule. Requirements Good communication and coordination skills (verbal and WhatsApp). Ability to handle pressure and multitask across different vendors. Basic understanding of mechanical components and processes is a plus. Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented. Must have a two-wheeler and mobile phone for coordination. Fluent in Gujarati and basic English preferred.
