Key Responsibilities of a Tandoor Chef: Preparation: Preparing ingredients, marinating meats, and preparing sauces and other components for tandoori dishes. Cooking: Using the tandoor oven to cook a variety of dishes, including naan bread, kebabs, tandoori chicken, and other tandoor-based items. Quality Control: Ensuring that all tandoori items are prepared according to recipes and company standards, maintaining consistent quality and taste. Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized tandoor oven area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. Inventory: Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tandoori ingredients and supplies. Supervision: May supervise and train assistant chefs or kitchen staff in tandoori cooking techniques. Menu Planning: Assisting with menu planning and cost control measures related to tandoori items. _ BENEFIT - PROVIDE FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION. _ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Chef: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
