About the Role: RXSOL Chemo Pharma International is looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, conducting follow-ups, cold calling potential leads, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers. This role is pivotal in connecting clients with our specialized chemical solutions for industrial and marine applications. Key Responsibilities: Client Inquiry & Quotation Management Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Prepare and send accurate, timely quotations based on client specifications Coordinate with the technical and logistics team for pricing and availability Sales Follow-ups & Deal Closure Actively follow up on open quotations to convert into successful orders Maintain a structured follow-up system to nurture leads and track progress Cold Calling & Prospecting Proactively reach out to new leads via cold calls and emails Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and support Sales Reporting & CRM Maintain organized records of quotations, follow-ups,and order details Prepare weekly/monthly reports and update CRM systems Market Knowledge Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities Maintain in-depth knowledge of RXSOLs product range to offer suitable solutions Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience or strong networks in the following industries will be given preference: Marine & Shipping Oil & Gas Maritime Logistics Ship Chandling / Offshore Supply Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Science, Business, or related field 13 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within relevant industries Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence in client interactions and technical discussions Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset What We Offer: Attractive base salary with sales-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth in a multinational environment Opportunity to work in our office in Dubai and Oman A minimum 10% salary increment annually
