As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for translating requirements into design. Drawing from demonstrated industry experience, you will develop software components and take ownership of tasks by identifying stories, estimating work, and adhering to organizational processes. A key aspect of the role is reviewing the work of staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with completion criteria. It is essential to undertake tasks within the allocated budget and timeframe while setting clear goals and KPIs in consultation with the supervisor. Monitoring self-performance on productivity, quality, and compliance with processes and standards is crucial for success in this role. Requirements for this position include a preferred degree in Computer Science (BTech/MTech/BE/ME) and a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in a product-based organization. Proficiency in Angular Version 17/18, Rxgx, Ngrx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Data Structures, software engineering principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns is required. Additionally, a strong understanding of the Java Collections Framework is necessary for this role.,
