Role & re Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and optimize Angular applications with a focus on scalability, modularity, and performance • Build reusable and framework-agnostic Web Components using StencilJS • Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to translate requirements into efficient, elegant interfaces • Support code reviews, testing coverage, and UI best practices • Contribute to sprint planning, story refinement, and functional documentation • Support logging, analytics, and performance tuning across deployed UIs • Help guide junior developers or interns when required, fostering a collaborative engineering culture • Participate in planning and optionally contribute to AI enablement or team tooling initiative Required Skills • 4+ years of experience with Angular (v18 and above) • Strong understanding of Component-based Architecture, RxJS, and State Management (NgRx or similar) • Experience building or integrating Web Components, preferably using StencilJS • Working knowledge of REST APIs, JWT-based auth flows, and environment configurations • Familiarity with unit testing (Karma/Jasmine) and setting up coverage baselines • Basic understanding of sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and task tracking tools like Jira • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders across teams Nice to Have • Exposure to DevOps practices like logging, deployment pipelines, or lightweight infra interactions • Experience participating in or guiding AI-based team efficiency initiatives • Ability to contribute to architecture discussions, including performance or modularization strateg Preferred candidate profile
