About the Position: The Manager Sales International Markets role, based in India, entails collaborating with clinicians and channel partners worldwide to elucidate the outcomes of genomic testing in the context of tailoring personalized treatments for individual patients. Key Accountabilities: - Identifying potential markets for the product line through thorough scanning - Establishing connections, evaluating, and appointing Channel partners by executing MOUs - Engaging with prescribers both virtually and in person - Fostering strong prescriber confidence through in-depth product knowledge and post-sales support - Following up on leads generated from webinars, conferences, and converting them into business opportunities - Achieving assigned business goals on a monthly basis and ensuring prompt receivables - Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Support and Marketing to accomplish respective objectives effectively. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Post Graduation in Science/Pharmacy/Biotechnology - 3-4 years of experience in Diagnostic/Pharma sectors within international markets or 5-6 years in the domestic market - Proven ability to be self-driven and manage specific regions/territories independently - Willingness to travel, including during holidays - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
