Key Responsibilities Perform repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of RAN, networking, and microwave cards . Work on cards and equipment from Nokia, Ericsson, Ceragon, NEC, and Samsung . Diagnose and resolve hardware faults at the component and board level. Conduct testing, calibration, and quality checks post-repair. Maintain repair logs, documentation, and reporting for internal tracking and client requirements. Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with QA and operations teams for continuous process improvement. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of telecom hardware and card-level repairs . Hands-on experience in RAN, microwave, and networking equipment . Ability to read schematics, use testing tools, and perform soldering/rework at the PCB level. Familiarity with OEM guidelines (Nokia, Ericsson, Ceragon, NEC, Samsung) . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication anddocumentation abilities.
