Roles & Responsibilities: Drive Membership & Capital Contribution: Achieve targeted membership enrollment and capital contribution by organizing village meetings, enrolment campaigns, and special drives, and verifying member credentials. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term strategy to deliver high-impact training programs that empower existing farmers.
