Associate Product Manager Internal Software Drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for internal software in alignment with the CTO/CEO and technical leadership. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Packaging, Operations, Export, etc.) to identify needs and convert them into product features. Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Work closely with engineering, QA, and design to deliver high-quality internal applications on schedule. Partner with technical leadership to ensure products meet scalability, security, and integration standards. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate to optimize internal tools. Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and technical feasibility. Ensure comprehensive documentation and smooth rollout of new features to internal teams. Analyze product performance and propose enhancements to continuously improve efficiency. 25 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a product-focused role. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product lifecycle management. Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with APIs, databases, and integration workflows is a plus. Experience with internal tools, ERP, CRM, or workflow automation products is highly desirable. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
