What you’ll do Design conversational agents: translate each client’s goals into clear prompts, flows, and tones; experiment with wording and multilingual variants. Monitor and tune performance: review call or chat transcripts, identify friction points, and iterate quickly on prompts and logic. Own customer relationships: act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of accounts, guiding onboarding, answering questions, and gathering feedback. Report insights: craft concise weekly updates and executive summaries that highlight wins, risks, and product ideas drawn from conversation data. Coordinate projects: manage timelines for new account setups, feature roll-outs, and prompt iterations while liaising with Product, Engineering, and Data teams. You’re a great fit if you have 2–4 years of experience in customer success, product operations, conversation design, or data-driven account management (SaaS preferred).
