Junior NLP Engineer

Role Overview: Join our AI team at RunDMS to contribute to building speech and audio intelligence for Votch, our flagship voice intelligence product. Your primary focus will be on developing STT/TTS systems, noise detection, speech enhancement, and audio LLM applications. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate and evaluate STT/TTS systems - Build noise detection/classification and speech enhancement pipelines - Prototype with audio-native LLMs and multimodal flows - Take ownership of audio preprocessing, feature extraction, and evaluation metrics - Write clean, testable Python code and reproducible notebooks Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Python with ML frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow - Experience in hands-on speech/audio ML projects (internships/coursework/personal projects) - Familiarity with librosa, torchaudio, ffmpeg, and basic DSP concepts - Interest in LLMs and speech-driven agents Additional Company Details: RunDMS specializes in AI call automation and AI workflow automation.
