We are seeking a highly skilled JBPM/Drools Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, JBPM, and Drools Rule Engine , along with experience integrating workflows into enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using JBPM . Create, configure, and manage complex business rules using Drools Rule Engine . Integrate JBPM workflows seamlessly with enterprise applications. Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to convert business requirements into scalable technical workflows. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness . Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Must-Have Skills Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling). Hands-on experience with Drools Rule Engine writing DRL files, executing rules, separating business logic. Working knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database interaction (SQL/ORM) . Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven. Good to Have Experience with Microservices architecture . Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
