As a Pega Decisioning Architect with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced decisioning solutions using the Pega platform. Your role will involve driving decision strategies, predictive models, and business rule management to enhance customer engagement and improve business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable Pega Decisioning solutions, developing and implementing decisioning strategies using machine learning, predictive analytics, and business rules, configuring and optimizing complex decision logic, rules, and decision tables, building and managing adaptive and predictive models for continuous improvement, overseeing the integration of internal and external data sources for decision-making, collaborating with business, data science, and development teams to align solutions with objectives, monitoring, fine-tuning, and ensuring compliance of decisioning strategies, and maintaining documentation of decision strategies, models, and configurations. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in Decisioning Architecture or similar IT roles, strong expertise in Pega Decisioning or similar platforms, proficiency in machine learning, predictive modeling, and rule-based decisioning, excellent SQL and data analysis skills, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders, and be team-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused.,
