The Credit Risk Analyst position is a key role within the country CDE team, working closely with the Risk Policy team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery and support of Credit Policy Automation through Blaze Tools for the country team. You will be expected to provide comprehensive support to the country risk team in setting up and maintaining credit acquisition rules using CDE/RMA. This includes translating credit risk policies into rules, supporting testing, and implementation processes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the daily workflow of the country unit involved in rules authoring, addressing unique issues, and recommending effective workarounds. Participation in GC Agile Release Management is essential as you will need to understand CI/CDE requirements, analyze impacts, design solutions, translate them into rules setup, and support testing and implementation activities. You will also be involved in supporting sanity testing during blaze upgrade activities and ensuring the quality of deliverables while maintaining the reputation of the country risk team. When making business decisions, it is important to appropriately assess risks, considering the firm's reputation and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve safeguarding Citi group, its clients, and assets by demonstrating sound ethical judgment, adhering to policies, and reporting control issues transparently. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in system design and programming. - Strong logical thinking and analytical skills for understanding system flow. - Additional skills in Python, Power BI, or Tableau are preferred. - Exposure to credit initiation processes and policies is advantageous. - Experience in Credit Cards/Personal Loans is desirable. - Familiarity with Rule Engine is a plus. - Demonstrated project management skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving abilities. You should have experience in defining and realizing end-to-end Solution Architecture for large and complex systems. Your background should include Architecture roles, with hands-on experience in Java/J2EE technologies such as Struts/JSF, Spring, EJB, JMS, and ORM.
