About the position We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Professor with a strong academic foundation and relevant industry experience in the field of Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Cybersecurity with a proven track record of research publications, project leadership, and academic delivery. This position combines responsibilities in academics, research, and development (R&D). The selected candidate will drive high-quality academic delivery, lead cybersecurity-focused research and development projects, and play an instrumental role in proposal writing and securing research funding. Job Role and Responsibilities Academics: Deliver PG and corporate training programs in Cybersecurity. Mentor students and professionals in learning, research, and Capstone Projects. Design curriculum, labs, and assessments aligned with industry standards. Research & Development: Lead ongoing research projects and guide research scholars. Publish in reputed journals/conferences (Scopus/SCI). Submit research proposals for external funding (e.g., DST, MeitY). Collaborate across disciplines to drive innovation in cybersecurity. Industry Engagement: Collaborate with industry for real-world projects, case studies, and consultancy. Promote hands-on labs, ethical hacking challenges, and simulated environments. Support student placements and internships through Corporate Connect. Technical Content & Promotion: Create technical and promotional content for courses, research, and marketing. Represent the institution in webinars, conferences, and panel discussions. Administrative: Participate in curriculum design, academic planning, and committee work. Contribute to accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA) and documentation. Manage labs, procurement planning, and student performance monitoring. M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc IT with strong academic, technical and research background. 35 years of experience in teaching and research 3-5 years in IT or related industry Proven record in research project mentoring, research proposal writing, and leading R&D teams. Published in reputed journals and conferences. Experience in managing end-to-end project development and applying theoretical models in real-world scenarios. Familiarity with research grants and project management tools. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Job Role and Responsibilities: Program Co-ordinator We are seeking a Junior Program Coordinator - Student Success and LMS Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee the student success process, including onboarding, advising, and retention efforts, and manage the LMS system to track student progress, engagement, and data analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, marketing, and academics, to provide excellent student support. Smoothen the academic delivery process and ensure to adhere to schedules. Coordinate with industry trainers to create best in class learning materials. Follow-up with industry trainers for assessments, conduct of examinations and grading. Interact and execute the certification programs with various learning partners. Responsible for final certification and convocation Support faculty to ensure that participant's learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions Assist program director in planning on campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry). Monitor participants performance and various program trackers to ensure the program is running well in areas of responsibility and escalate cases as needed. You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify prospects, nurture leads, and assist in achieving admission targets. Job Role and Responsibilities Proactively source potential candidates through inbound/outbound calls, cold calls, and emails. Identify, qualify, and engage leads (working professionals and corporates). Understand prospects' interests and recommend suitable programs accordingly. Pitch and promote RACEs Masters and certification programs to prospective learners. Convert leads into confirmed registrations and help achieve monthly targets. Encourage walk-ins and coordinate campus/classroom tours for potential candidates. Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including counseling, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets through structured sales activities. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
