Role & responsibilities We are looking for Engineer Mechanical Design for plant at Dighi near to Magazine chowk Alandi Bhosari Road Pune Desired Qualifications - B.E. / B. TECH. / DIPLOMA: Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering Minimum 03 - 05 year in Mechanical engineering for Electro- Mechanical products / projects / systems / industrial automation Skills - Utilize Solid works / UGNX / Catia / Solid Edge / Draft Sight software to create detailed drawings and models of mechanical components. Should have technical knowledge about computing devices. Added advantages for having knowledge and experience about MIL STD, JSS 55555, EMI/EMC and other standards. Job Description :- Working in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering team for products / projects / systems Design of Rugged Electronic Enclosures, Rugged Display, Rugged Consoles, Line Replaceable Units (LRU) Create details 2D drawing of mechanical parts include masking, engraving, fasteners, Tally plate / Name Plate. create Bill of Material of Subsystem & System. Material Selection of Parts, enclosure, structure, Test fixtures, shock absorber inline with design specification. Participate into finalization of Top level BOM & Costing Understanding of design, detailed engineering, costing & planning as per RFQs Preparation of budgetary costing and technical proposals for the prospects Create General Arrangements of Mechanical Enclosure. Release of manufacturing drawing including 2D & 3D and ensure that all the design drawing approve and release before clearance of Manufacturing. Utilize Software to carry out Thermal Analysis & Finite Element Analysis and create details design report Develop prototypes and conduct tests to evaluate design performance, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain thorough documentation of the design process, including specifications, test results, and iterations. Identify possible improvement opportunities and evaluate feasibility. Participate in technical discussions & meetings with customers / end user for projects / prospects. Ensures that the final deliverables meet the functional specifications of the customer / end user. Co-ordinate and follow up with inter departments like Business Development / Sales, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC & Testing for completion of all the project activities. Preferred candidate profile Good Knowledge in Solidworks & Good knowledge of Rugged Electronic Systems.
