Role & responsibilities 1. Site Management & Supervision Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution. Monitor work progress as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams. 2. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure work is executed in line with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality. Highlight and resolve technical issues at site. 3. Planning & Execution Assist in preparing daily/weekly work schedules. Allocate resources (labor, materials, machinery) effectively. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 4. Material & Resource Management Monitor material usage and prevent wastage. Raise requisitions for material and track inventory. Verify material deliveries as per BOQ and specifications. 5. Coordination & Communication Act as a bridge between project manager, consultants, and site workforce. Maintain clear communication for drawings, design changes, and instructions. Update management with daily progress reports. 6. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols at site. Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage. Report and mitigate accidents/near-miss incidents. 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site logs, measurement records, and checklists. Submit DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) to management. Assist in preparing bills, BOQs, and as-built drawings. Preferred candidate profile
