Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer Location: Noida/ WFO Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 23 Years Department: Technology / Development About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ruby on Rails Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of backend development, APIs, hands-on experience with React.js for front-end work and database design, along with a good grasp of front-end basics. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Develop and maintain APIs and services for web and mobile applications. Optimize application for performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–3 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails. Good understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in React.js is strongly required. Experience with background job processing tools like Sidekiq, and understanding of worker-based systems Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies. Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL or similar relational databases. Familiarity with Git version control and code collaboration workflows. Understanding of background jobs using Sidekiq or similar tools. Experience with RSpec / MiniTest for writing test cases. Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
