Candidate should have 10 year hand-on experience in following. 1)Compliance with tax regulation related to GST - Filling of GST1, GSTR3B, GSTR9, GSTR 9C etc. Independantly. Candidate should be able to handle the case / queries of GST authorities, Flling reply and appear before GST authorities as and when required. 2)Export / Import - a)Having hand-on experience on import and export documentation . LC documentation, LC negotiation in Bank, BOE preparation and discounting of LC in coordination with bank. b)Customs compliance including regulatory requirement related to EDPMS and IDPMS I.e. settlement of import and export bill, EBRC generation. c)EPCG license procurement, EPCG obligation fulfilment and complaince. d)Monitoring of Duty Drawback and RoDTEP status and followp with Customs authorities. 3)Candidate should be engaged continuously in Identification, evaluation and testing of the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control including standard policies and procedures laid down by the management. 4)Comply the audit requirement.
