Job Description

et up, operate, and maintain compression molding machines used in rubber product production. Monitor machine operation, adjust settings, and ensure proper material flow and curing times. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Work with raw rubber materials to ensure accurate mixing, molding, and curing processes. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that work areas remain clean and organized. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions promptly to minimize production delays. Maintain production logs, quality control records, and shift reports. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and product quality. Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines regarding safety and environmental standards.
