Experienced Chef (Indian & Tandoor) Responsibilities: Prepare authentic Indian curries, gravies, breads, and tandoor items. Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes. Manage kitchen helpers and guide junior staff. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Innovate new dishes and ensure consistency. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian & Tandoor cuisine. Strong knowledge of spices, gravies, tandoor operations (naan, roti, kebab, etc.). Leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Passion for cooking and consistency in taste. 2. Kitchen Staff (Cook / Helper / Steward) Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation and cooking. Handle vegetables, meat, and raw materials. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen. Support senior chefs in smooth operations. Requirements: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations. Prior experience preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and work in a team. 3. Service Staff (Waiter / Server / Captain) Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers politely. Take orders and coordinate with kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of dining area. Provide excellent customer service. Requirements: Good communication skills.
