The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in web development with a strong command over React.js, Ant Design, and Storybook. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a user-first mindset. Previous experience in startups with exposure to microservices and architecture is beneficial. Your functional requirements include proficiency in TypeScript, React, JavaScript, and NestJS. Expertise in Ant Design, Storybook, Tailwind CSS, and RTQ Query is essential. Experience with popular frontend frameworks like React or Angular will be advantageous. A deep understanding of page rendering technologies and performance optimization for browsers is required. Proficiency in React-Query for data-driven front-end development is a must. As a part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to develop new user-facing features using React.js, build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, and translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. It will be your responsibility to optimize components for maximum performance across browsers and devices, develop new products/features adhering to best practices, and define technical requirements for product/feature development. You will also be tasked with architecting, designing, and implementing technical solutions, delivering hybrid user experiences easily portable across web and mobile platforms, exploring, assessing, and prototyping new technologies to foster innovation, and partnering and collaborating with stakeholders and other technology teams. Additionally, you will need to identify and analyze open-source or market solutions.
