We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced Generative AI team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent, scalable web applications that integrate with cutting-edge AI models and ecosystems such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure OpenAI. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, backend engineers, and UI/UX designers to bring AI-powered features to production, prioritizing performance, reliability, and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications with Generative AI capabilities - Building robust APIs and microservices to support AI workflows - Developing responsive and accessible front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, or Angular - Collaborating with the AI/ML team to embed LLMs, vector databases, and custom agents into scalable systems - Optimizing performance and security for production-grade AI integrations - Contributing to prompt engineering, agent orchestration logic, and human-in-the-loop user experience design - Writing comprehensive tests to ensure code quality and stability - Participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural design discussions - Documenting architecture, flows, and model integrations for cross-team clarity Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of Full Stack Developer experience with Node.js, Python, or .NET - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks - Deep understanding of RESTful API and GraphQL design principles - Working knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS - Experience with cloud platforms and containerization - Comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases - Familiarity with AI/ML tools & libraries such as OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and team collaboration skills Preferred Skills: - Experience with Azure AI tools and services - Exposure to LLMOps and AI lifecycle tools - Familiarity with agent-based AI frameworks - Understanding of authentication flows and observability tooling - Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines Bonus Points For: - Contributions to open-source AI projects Join us to work on the cutting-edge of AI + software engineering, collaborate with a world-class team, enjoy flexible working hours tailored for US time zone collaboration, and drive innovation at the intersection of LLMs, UX, and backend architecture.
